Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern all orders placed with Zaunet Naturals Private Limited ("the Company", "Zaunet") through its website, D2C store, marketplaces, or any other official sales channel, for the purchase of moringa-based herbal infusions and related wellness beverages.

  1. Acceptance of terms. By placing an order, the client accepts these Terms of Sale in full, along with the Company's Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy published on this website. The client's own standard purchase terms are expressly excluded, even if issued after these terms, unless a deviation is agreed to in writing by the Company in advance.

  2. Product information. The Company describes ingredients, net quantity, and usage directions as accurately as possible. However, product images and lifestyle visuals are illustrative and may vary slightly from the delivered batch or packaging. As Zaunet sells packaged food and beverage products, clients must read the label, ingredient list, allergen declaration, and usage instructions before consumption, and are responsible for assessing suitability against their own allergies, medical conditions, or dietary needs.

  3. Order acceptance. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. Zaunet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, stock unavailability, unusual quantities, or delivery serviceability constraints.

  4. Invoicing and payment. Our invoices are payable within 21 working days, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on the invoice or order confirmation. In the event of non-payment by the due date, the Company reserves the right to charge interest at 10% of the sum remaining due, and may suspend any further deliveries or services without prior notice in the event of late payment.

  5. Recovery of overdue payments. If a payment remains outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due date, the Company reserves the right to engage recovery services, and any associated recovery fees will be payable by the client.

  6. Taxes and withholding. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and are subject to applicable GST as shown at checkout or on the invoice, which shall prevail. Where any withholding tax or deduction is applied under applicable law, such withholding shall be borne by the client, and the Company shall receive the invoiced amount in full. The Company bears no cost arising from tax legislation of the jurisdiction in which the client is located.

  7. Delivery obligations. The Company undertakes to perform its delivery and service obligations in due time in accordance with agreed timelines. However, delivery timelines are best-effort estimates and not a guaranteed commitment, and depend on stock readiness, courier performance, and factors outside the Company's reasonable control (including force majeure). None of the Company's obligations shall be considered an obligation of result. The Company shall not be liable to appear as a third party in any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.

  8. Risk and delivery. Risk in the products passes to the client upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. Clients must ensure the delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate. Failed deliveries due to client unavailability or incorrect address may attract re-shipping charges.

  9. Inspection and claims. For any claim to be admissible, the Company must be notified in writing (email or recorded delivery) within 8 days of delivery of the goods, quoting the order number and describing the issue with supporting photos where relevant. Claims raised outside this period may not be honoured, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights under Indian law.

  10. Returns and refunds. As most Zaunet products are packaged consumables, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, expired, tampered, or incorrectly shipped items, in accordance with the Company's published Refund Policy. Opened or partially consumed products are not eligible for return except where required by law. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, subject to banking/gateway timelines.

  11. Food safety and responsible use. Zaunet products are intended for lawful personal use and must be stored and consumed as per label instructions and before the best-before date. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and no such claim is made except where expressly and lawfully stated on the label.

  12. Batch and natural variation. Being made from natural ingredients, products may show normal batch-to-batch variation in colour, aroma, or infusion strength. Such variation, where it does not affect safety or compliance, is not considered a defect.

  13. Intellectual property. All trademarks, the ZAUNET brand name, logos, packaging design, and website content remain the exclusive property of the Company. Purchase of a product confers no right to reproduce, copy, or commercially exploit the Company's branding or content.

  14. Resale restrictions. Products are sold for end use unless the client is an authorised distributor or channel partner. Unauthorised resale, relabelling, or misrepresentation of Zaunet products may result in refusal of future orders and legal action.

  15. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability under any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that order. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, except where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

  16. Force majeure. The Company shall not be held responsible for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemic-related disruption, transport failures, or government restrictions.

  17. Governing law and jurisdiction. All our contractual relations shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India, and courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum available by law.

  18. Severability and updates. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. The Company may revise these Terms from time to time, and the version published on this website at the time of order shall apply.
