Pan-India Deliveries
At Zaunet, we ship pan-India using trusted logistics partners. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of placement. Deliveries are occasionally subject to factors beyond our control — weather, traffic, or logistics network conditions. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, we will proactively keep you updated.
Shipping Charges
All product prices are inclusive of GST. Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹1,300. For orders below ₹1,300, a shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment is collected for full transparency.
Packaging
Our tamper-proof packaging keeps your products fresh and secure throughout their journey. Packaging costs are included in the product price — there are no additional handling fees.
Payment & COD
We currently accept payment through Razorpay at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging and please submit a ticket with us at Submit a Ticket. We will arrange a replacement promptly.
Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, please submit a ticket with us at Submit a Ticket, and we will investigate with our logistics partner.
Pin Code Serviceability
We ship to most pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout before payment is collected.
